Cake Consulations  are $25.00 and include up to two flavor samples. If you then chose to have Bugaloo's Bakery as your wedding cake provider the fee will be deducted from your wedding cake total.

Charges for all handcrafted flowers and ornaments is due in full 45 days prior to the event and is non-refundable.  Final Balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event.

If balance is NOT recieved 2 weeks prior to your event your contract is null and void and no cakes will be delivered.

Any changes to design or serving count must be recieved at least 21 days prior to your event.

In the event you need to cancel your order within 30 days of your event all money recieved to that point is non-refundable.

Kitchen cakes start at $1.65/serving.  These are double layer cakes with basic border and minimal decoration if applicable.  These cakes are meant to be used for additional serving when a smaller cake is desired but additional servings are needed.  These cakes are delivered to the kitchen at your recption site and served as needed.  When cut and plated they look like the main cake.

When choosing a kitchen cake(s) please keep in mind the number of guests in attendence.   It is recommended that your display cake look reasonable to the number of guests in attendence.  For example it would look out of place to have a display cake for 50 when you have 200+ people attending your wedding, for this reason I require that your display cake serve at least 50% of your guests before kitchen cakes can be included in your order.

     *Please note....I will not provide a wedding cake when kitchen cakes are purchased or provided by another baker.  Please realize that I have worked hard building a reputation for great tasting cakes and cannot have your guests thinking that a cake from another baker is something that I produced.  This protects the reputation of both bakers and applies to groom's cakes as well.*
